Are you interested in becoming a caregiver? Caring for a senior or person in need is one of the most rewarding jobs you can find. In serving others you enrich the surrounding community and have a profound effect on the lives of persons in need. By working one on one with a client you are able to establish a relationship and continuity of care which is much different from working in a hospital or institutionalized setting where you have to assist multiple people.
Whether you are just getting started or have extensive experience in the field we have a position for you. We are always searching for qualified individuals who want to provide care for our clients. Hours vary and a background check is required.
If you are interested in learning more about the opportunities to be a caregiver with Brighthope Homecare e-mail your resume to us at email@example.com or Click Here to submit an online application.
You can also call our Human Resources department at 703-595-2878 from Monday thru Friday between 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
We truly value and appreciate our caregivers and believe that they are the core of our business. We hope you consider joining our team!
Brighthope is one of the premiere private duty in-home care companies Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Spotsylvania, and Prince William counties. We are passionate about taking care of both our clients and our caregivers and we understand the importance of hiring and retaining the best of the best.
In order to create the best environment for our caregivers, we offer the following:
We are aware that our company is only as good as the caregivers we hire and retain. We are committed to creating a company culture and environment that supports and rewards our most valuable assets, our caregivers.
We believe that ongoing training is critical to the success of our caregivers and office staff. We have been providing in-house and hands-on training to our caregivers and staff since the company’s inception. Our new employee training covers our company’s specific policies and procedures, hands-on training with transferring, and safety precautions.
We have partnered with the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCED), an industry leader in caregiving training for non-medical in-home care providers. This partnership has enabled us to provide targeted training courses that are customized for each individual caregiver. With IPCED, we have access to hundreds of foundational and skills training courses that we will assign to our caregivers depending on their experience and client needs.
