We have been providing in-house and hands-on training to our caregivers and staff since the company’s inception. Our new employee training covers our company’s specific policies and procedures, hands-on training with transferring, and safety precautions.
We have partnered with the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCED), an industry leader in caregiving training for non-medical in-home care providers. This partnership has enabled us to provide targeted training courses that are customized for each individual caregiver. With IPCED, we have access to hundreds of foundational and skills training courses that we will assign to our caregivers depending on their experience and client needs.
